Isak Gjertsen Lead Animator

Isak Gjertsen joined Atmo in the fall of 2003 while finishing a Bachelor of Animation at Volda University College. He developed the animation style and technique used in Metropia. He worked on Peter and the Wolf by Susie Templeton (Academy Award in 2008 for best Short Film (Animated), Slaves by David Aronowitsch and Hanna Heilborn (First Prize in the Silver Cub Competition at IDFA 2008), and Deconstruction Workers by Kajsa Næss (Grand Prix Award, Norwegian Short Film Festival 2008). 2007, he came back to Atmo for the production of Metropia.
